Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

We want you to love your Time2Race product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To qualify:
- Item must be in like-new condition
- All components must be included
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective)
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost.  
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty

Time2Race products include a 30-day limited warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Electronic failures not caused by misuse
- Faulty sensors or components

Not covered:
- Damage from drops, water, heat, or misuse
- Modified hardware or wiring
- Normal wear and tear

We may ask for photos or videos before approving a warranty request.
